Temporary residency

Your first step in Canada, prepared properly

A temporary visa or permit is often the first chapter of a longer Canadian story. A well-prepared application protects your plans, while a weak one can lead to refusals that follow you into future applications.

We prepare strong, compliant applications for students, workers, employers and visitors, and plan ahead for your long-term goals such as permanent residency.

  • Study permits, extensions and PGWP
  • LMIA and LMIA-exempt work permits
  • Visitor visas and Super Visas
  • Applications structured to minimize refusals

Study Permits & Post-Graduation Work Permits (PGWP)

Canada offers world-class education and a clear path from studying to working and settling permanently.

We help international students at every stage, from obtaining a study permit to renewing or extending it, and later applying for a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP). We assist with acceptance letters, proof of funds and compliance requirements to support a smooth approval. For graduates, we handle PGWP applications so you can gain valuable Canadian work experience, often the first step toward permanent residency through programs like CEC or PNP.

Work Permits (LMIA & LMIA-Exempt)

A work permit allows you to legally work in Canada, either with a specific employer (LMIA-based) or under exempt categories such as Intra-Company Transfers (ICT), Bridging Open Work Permits or Spousal Open Work Permits.

We assist both employers and employees. For employers, we help prepare Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) applications in compliance with government regulations. For employees, we prepare detailed, compliant work permit submissions, restoration requests and extensions. We also assist with specialized categories such as Seasonal Agricultural Worker Programs, CUAET and Temporary Resident Permits (TRPs).

Visitor Visa & Super Visa

If you plan to visit Canada temporarily, whether for tourism, business or family visits, we help you prepare a strong application that meets IRCC’s requirements for proof of ties, purpose of travel and finances.

For parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents, we specialize in Super Visa applications, which allow extended stays of up to five years per visit. We guide you through medical insurance requirements, invitation letters and the documents that demonstrate eligibility. Our submissions are structured to minimize refusals and support a smooth travel experience.

Questions

Common questions

Can you help after a study permit or visitor visa refusal?

Yes. We review the refusal reasons, identify what was missing and prepare a stronger, better-documented application. Where appropriate, we also discuss legal remedies.

Do you help employers with LMIA applications?

Yes. We help employers prepare LMIA applications that comply with government regulations, and we prepare the matching work permit applications for employees.

How long can a parent stay on a Super Visa?

A Super Visa allows eligible parents and grandparents of Canadian citizens or permanent residents to stay up to five years per visit. We guide you through the insurance, invitation letter and financial requirements.

Can studying in Canada lead to permanent residency?

Often, yes. Graduates may qualify for a PGWP and gain Canadian work experience, which can support PR applications through programs such as CEC, Express Entry or PNP streams.
