Start-Up Visa Program (SUV)

The Start-Up Visa is a federal pathway to permanent residence for innovative founders supported by a designated venture capital fund, angel investor group or business incubator. It prioritizes innovation, global competitiveness and job creation rather than personal net worth.

We assess whether your venture is a realistic fit, explain current intake caps and processing realities, and prepare a complete application supported by a professional business plan.

C11 & C12 Work Permits

With a C11 work permit, entrepreneurs can establish a business in Canada based on a significant benefit to Canada, through a flexible, LMIA-exempt route. C12 permits support intra-company transfers that help businesses expand into the Canadian market.

These permits can offer faster market entry than permanent residence programs, and we help you plan the later transition to PR through Express Entry, PNP or other streams.

Entrepreneur Programs

Provincial entrepreneur streams suit applicants with capital who are ready to commit to actively managing a business in a specific province. They usually involve investment thresholds, performance agreements and job creation obligations.

Questions

Common questions

Do I need a large investment for the Start-Up Visa?

No minimum personal investment or net worth is required. Instead, you need a Letter of Support from a designated organization and must meet ownership, language (CLB 5) and settlement fund requirements.

Which is faster, SUV or C11?

C11 usually offers faster work authorization, but it is not a permanent residence program by itself. SUV leads directly to PR but currently involves long processing times. We help you weigh both based on your goals.

Do you prepare business plans?

We collaborate with professional third-party experts to prepare business plans that meet program standards and align with your business objectives.
