Is the first consultation free?
Yes. Delfan offers a free initial consultation to understand your goals, review your options and guide you toward the right pathway.
Who will handle my file?
Delfan is led by Atefeh Delfany, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC), College ID R710680. Every case is managed with precision, compliance and care.
Do you help clients inside and outside Canada?
Yes. We work with clients who are already in Canada as visitors, students, workers or claimants, and with clients applying from abroad. Our assessment form adapts to your situation.
Which immigration programs do you handle?
Permanent residency (Express Entry, PNP, family sponsorship), temporary residency (study and work permits, PGWP, visitor visas and Super Visas), business immigration (SUV, C11, C12, entrepreneur), appeals and judicial reviews, mandamus, citizenship, refugee and H&C applications, restoration of status and TRPs, and business development.
How much do your services cost?
We offer free initial consultations, flat-fee packages for standard applications and hourly options for complex or customized cases. Fees are explained clearly before you commit.
Does the free consultation make you my representative?
No. The initial free consultation does not create a client-representative relationship until a retainer agreement is signed.
Can you guarantee approval?
No consultant can guarantee an IRCC decision. What we guarantee is a complete, accurate and strategically prepared application and honest advice about your chances.
Do you offer services in Persian (Farsi)?
Yes. Our services are available in English and Persian. Visit the Persian version of the site using the پارسی button in the menu.
Where is your office and when are you open?
Suite 500, 245 Fairview Mall Dr, North York, ON M2J 4T1. Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, closed Sunday.
My application was refused. Can you help?
Often, yes. We review the refusal reasons and explain your options, which may include a stronger new application, an appeal or a judicial review with trusted immigration lawyers. Contact us quickly, as deadlines can be short.
