Form submissions are transmitted securely and stored with restricted access. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and our professional record-keeping obligations.

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent for future contact, by emailing info@delfan.net.
Consultations
Submitting a form or attending an initial free consultation does not create a client-representative relationship. That relationship begins only when a retainer agreement is signed.
